Visit a new blog that I have found.

Nicola is having a  Give away. Stitching by a Cornish Sea Shore.  Go have a look, she is rather new to stitching only since the 1990's. Her first piece was rather ambitious and she has gone on from there. Also, she has the two cutest boxers.

Exchanges Received!!!

Petit Pack de Noel by C en Roussillon
I redesigned the center square as it was almost the same as the upper left square. This went to Carmela in Spain. I have heard that she received it today.  It is on 28ct evenweave, offwhite and using DMC 326. Though rather boring at times only using one color, I am pleased with the outcome.

Hope by Katherine Martin Tripp 14ct Adia with DMC thread

14 ct Adia with DMC thread and this is from a book.
These are two that I sent to Christina. I included a third but must have forgotten to take a picture. She likes primitive so the third was a sock and was made of flannel and embroidered with a primitive snowman.

Mystery Monday!!

Laura J. Perin is having a Mystery Monday SAL. She is putting up a small piece of a small canvas work design each Monday.

These are the colors I choose. Watercolors ??? #5 Pearl Cotton ???? and Kreinik #16 Braid 001. These all came from my stash. The reason for the ??? is these are left overs from a piece I stitched and I don't have the labels.

Not the greatest picture but it is cloudy here today. Sprinkled last night. Maybe later this afternoon again.

Quick Update!!

Not much happening here, in the way of stitching. My son fell off a ladder and broke his wrist pretty badly. I am now not only taking care of my grandson but now him. He is left handed and of course he broke that wrist. May need surgery so, we shall see. Have a couple of exchanges due so not pics now. Hang in there though, it will calm down, at least it has to at some point.
