Well, for me any way. I can't show pics as it is an exchange. All I have to do now is get it mailed. I have started the next exchange piece and signed up for another that ends in May. I am still working on my Just Nan SAL and will show pics again at the end of the month.

February Update on my Just Nan SAL

I really haven't gotten much done, as I have been sick with the local Crud or Cold if you will. Then I had some problems with meds and had to give up on my pain meds as they have started to irritate my stomach. 

I have been looking at the other peoples stitching for the SAL and they are all beautiful!!!!

We are finally getting some rain in California and that is a real GOD send.

I have been part of a year long SAL on Needlework Masters Monthly SAL. We made a book and stitched 2 different types of needlework each month for 2013.
Then everyone that finished the year was entered into a drawing to receive a collection of items that the leader put together every month. I was the lucky winner. I have to say thank you to Barbara  of To Stitch or Not to Stitch who was the leader of the group and all the other stitchers involved. I really enjoyed this SAL and seeing all the great stitching through out the year.

 The top 3 are made of felt and hand stitched together.

These are from Art to Heart-Christmas Pin Ups.  They are supposed to be pins but I made them into ornaments.

They are hand pieced and have batting inside.

November page of SAL

This is the November page of my Needlework Masters Monthly SAL.
Why does it have a Halloween Just Nan? Well I suddenly had a wedding to prepare for and
I didn't get another piece done. I finished this on the 3rd and on the 4th my niece said will you
help with my wedding on the 29th. I made a small replica of the veil that I made for her. I also made a small veil for my great-niece and the garters and put ribbons on many other things, and altered the dress.
So, I didn't have much stitching time to even work on my 9 commissions for pieces by my Aunt. Now on to Christmas stuff.
